Clean and adjust burner assembly
    - Ignition Assembly and/or heat exchanger
Monitor Refrigerant pressure
Test Safety controls
Clean or replace air filters
Clean or adjust blower components
Tighten electrical connections
Lubricate all moving parts
Adjust thermostat if needed
Clean condensate drains as needed
Clean coils as needed
